Practice Areas of Interest Finance (Acquisition, Structured, ABL) – Debt financing, CLOs, intercreditor agreements Private Funds – Formation, structuring, and capital raising across asset classes Energy & Infrastructure – Project finance and Latin America-facing development deals Global Transactions – Cross-border M&A, international regulatory compliance, joint ventures Corporate Finance – fund finance, private fund debt finance, securitization, structured finance, asset-based lending, and real estate finance. Ideal candidates will have a background representing lenders, arrangers, and institutional clients in subscription credit facilities, NAV-based loans, hybrid structures, CLOs, CMBS, and repurchase or warehouse lending transactions. Roles involve drafting and negotiating complex financing agreements, reviewing fund documents, and ensuring regulatory compliance across diverse transaction types including capital call lines, rated note feeders, and real estate-backed financings. Experience with CRE CLOs, MSRs, whole loan trades, and real estate syndications or securitizations is highly valued.
