You have the presence to command a room, the knowledge to coach a variety of fitness levels, and the drive to elevate every workout and every teammate. Youre confident, coachable, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. What Youll Do Lead high-energy, dynamic group sessions following BFTs elite training system. Coach, mentor, and support a team of trainers , setting the bar for performance and professionalism. Deliver expert coaching across strength, cardio, and functional sessions , modifying as needed to meet all fitness levels. Create an exceptional member experience , building lasting relationships and cultivating a results-driven culture. Collaborate with ownership and studio management to ensure program quality, staff development, and community engagement. Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new coaches to maintain studio excellence. Maintain high safety, cleanliness, and energy standards during all sessions. What Were Looking For Minimum 2 years of group fitness or personal training experience Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA, ACSM or similar) CPR/AED Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire) Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate individuals and teams Deep understanding of biomechanics, program design, and performance coaching Availability to coach sessions between 5:00 AM and 8:00 PM , including flexible weekend coverage What Youll Get Competitive pay: $28$38/hour , based on experience and performance Opportunity to grow with a fast-expanding, premium fitness brand Supportive team culture focused on innovation, excellence, and FUN Ongoing education and access to world-class training methodology A chance to lead and inspire change in peoples lives every single day Ready to Lead from the Front?
