About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Competitive Intelligence to take on a strategic leadership role that goes beyond traditional monitoring of the competition. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the enterprise competitive intelligence strategy, delivering actionable insights that directly influence executive decision-making, and driving competitive readiness and strategic response planning. This role requires a deep understanding of market dynamics and the ability to translate complex information into clear, business-relevant strategies. The Head of Competitive Intelligence will also be a trusted advisor to executive leadership, with a focus on shaping the future of the business and having a significant impact on its direction. Applicants for the Head of Competitive Intelligence position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, with a strong background in competitive intelligence. U.S. product launch experience is essential, and global experience is preferred. The role demands a professional with a strong executive presence, the ability to influence without authority, and a proven track record of supporting products across development, launch, and commercialization. Experience in rare disease and/or specialty markets, as well as a background in building teams and scalable CI capabilities, is highly valued. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, with an advanced degree being preferred, and a passion for driving high-impact decisions in a fast-paced biotech environment.
