VENUE CATERING ATTENDANT

Job Summary Seasonal, event-based role from April through September. Responsibilities Assemble and deliver all food and supplies for catered functions to their scheduled locations. Log and maintain food temperatures. Arrange tables and decorations. Arrange buffet tables with food, beverage, and service items according to standards. Serve food and beverages to guests. Thoroughly clean the location after the event is completed. Return food, beverages, serving equipment, and utensils to the catering facility. Distribute and collect customer comment cards for catered functions. Stock, clean, and maintain the catering facility and equipment. Ensure guests receive friendly, courteous service at all times. Maintain in-depth knowledge of the complete menu and products on hand. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow safety and sanitation policy and procedures at all times. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Must possess or be able to obtain a valid alcohol server's permit.
