ABA Clinical Supervisor - Qualified Supervising Professional

Job Description

Oversees and directs Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs, providing clinical supervision to behavior technicians and ensuring high-quality behavioral services for clients. Responsible for program development, staff training, and maintaining compliance with clinical standards and regulations.

Essential Responsibilities:

Develop and oversee implementation of ABA treatment plans
Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to RBTs and behavior technicians
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
Train and evaluate staff performance
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records
Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders
Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements
Participate in treatment team meetings and care coordination
Conduct regular supervision meetings with direct staff
