Warehouse Supervisor

We pride ourselves on fostering a dynamic and inclusive work environment where our employees are valued members of the team and are given meaningful projects to work on SUMMARY: Responsible for daily coordination of activities in warehouse and directing warehouse workers directly or through cell leaders, outlining work assignments and assigning duties to support all departments. Will work closely with all departments to achieve the above. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Responsible for handling all issues with production, warehouse staff, etc. unless the need arises for the warehouse manager to resolve matters.
• Responsible for overseeing and directing daily activities of warehouse personnel while maintaining safe and organized work area and adhering to established output and quality standards.
• Responsible for organizing, prioritizing and directing the work of the department to meet production demands.
• Has knowledge of the MRP system (Glovia) and has proficiency in Microsoft Office skills such as Excel and Word.
• Responsible for overseeing all receiving activities through presentation of material to the floor.
• Responsible for inventory control and issuance of production materials to appropriate areas as deemed necessary.
• Responsible to maintain a safe work environment and ensure safe work practices of direct reports.
• Responsible for the skill training and development of all direct reporting warehouse personnel.
• Work with leads, management, and other team members to develop and implement improvements to processes, flow, and warehouse space.
• Ensures all team members are following and adhering to Munters safety policies.
• Performing evaluations and completing disciplinary actions when needed.

REQUIRED EDUCATION: Minimum of High School Diploma or GED. SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Strong interpersonal skills. Has a positive and cooperative attitude, with a willingness to help solve problems using the team approach. Ability to work productively on own with minimal direct supervision. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Good organizational and computer skills with standard business computer application software. Minimum 1-3 years work experience with warehouse as a supervisor or cell leader. Prior leadership / management experience is desired. TRAINING REQUIREMENTS: Munters New Employee Orientation, ISO and Safety Awareness. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Heavy (Lifting 75 lbs. Frequently & Climbing).
