Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems for residential and commercial properties.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with 2-wire irrigation systems, ensuring proper functionality and performance.
- Repair PVC breaks and leaks in irrigation systems, ensuring minimal disruption and efficient water usage.
- Program and adjust irrigation clocks to optimize watering schedules and maintain system efficiency.
- Conduct routine inspections of irrigation systems to identify and address potential issues.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction with irrigation services.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including repairs, adjustments, and system upgrades.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and best practices in all aspects of irrigation system work.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in irrigation systems is a plus.
- Proven experience as an irrigation technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of 2-wire irrigation systems, PVC repair, and irrigation clock programming is a plus.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Good physical condition and the ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
