Irrigation Sales Technician

Job Description Job Description Conserva Irrigation is seeking a reliable and experienced Irrigation Technician to join our growing team. This position is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing residential and commercial irrigation systems while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate has strong irrigation knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate professionally with clients in the field. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems including sprinklers, drip irrigation, drainage systems, valves, and controllers Perform system inspections and seasonal adjustments to ensure proper operation and water efficiency Diagnose and troubleshoot irrigation issues quickly and effectively Communicate with customers regarding system performance, recommendations, and repair options Demonstrate irrigation products and technology solutions when needed Maintain accurate records of service calls and customer interactions using CRM software Support business growth through excellent customer service and identifying additional service opportunities Collaborate with team members and management to complete projects efficiently Qualifications Minimum 2 years of irrigation experience required Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Excellent customer service and communication abilities Ability to work independently and manage daily routes efficiently Experience with irrigation controllers, valves, wiring, and drainage systems preferred Sales or technical sales background is a plus Valid driver’s license required Benefits Commission on top of Hourly wage Company vehicle provided Paid time off Paid training Full-time position Opportunities for growth and advancement Schedule Full-time Monday–Friday Occasional overtime during peak season
