Recognized by FORTUNE as one of the Best Workplaces for Aging Services, we’re proud to create communities where residents feel safe, valued, and connected—and where team members can grow and thrive.What You’ll Do as a Memory Care ManagerLead with heart: Recruit, train, and mentor your team while creating an environment built on trust, compassion, and respect.Inspire & empower staff: Provide coaching, recognition, and professional development to help your team succeed.Deliver exceptional care: Collaborate with families, providers, and staff to ensure residents receive personalized, high-quality support using the Best Friends™ Approach to Alzheimer’s care.Ensure safety & compliance: Oversee care plans, safety protocols, and documentation while maintaining regulatory standards.Engage & connect: Build strong relationships with residents, families, and the community through events, programs, and meaningful interactions.Support operations: Manage departmental budgets, assist with marketing and outreach, and keep the neighborhood welcoming, safe, and organized.What We're Looking ForCurrent LPN license in the state of Nebraska.2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience, preferably in senior living, long-term care, or memory care.Knowledge of state licensure regulations, OSHA standards, and safety procedures.Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Proficiency with computers and social media.A compassionate, approachable leader with a passion for serving seniors and individuals living with memory loss.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and assist in other areas of the community as needed.Agemark, we take care of our team members just as you care for our residents.
