Insight Global's client is looking to hire a Benefits Administrator. Listed below are the essential job functions:
Administer employee leave programs (FMLA, state, company), ensuring legal compliance
Serve as primary contact for leave questions, documentation, and timelines
Process disability, life insurance, and leave-related claims with carriers
Ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, and state regulations
Maintain accurate, confidential records in HRIS and leave systems
Advise employees on benefits impact during leave, including COBRA
Partner with Payroll and HR teams to ensure accurate deductions and status updates
Analyze leave and benefits data; support reporting and process improvements

Skills and Requirements
3–5 years of experience in HR, Leave, or Benefits Administration
Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and state leave regulations
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Experience with HRIS and payroll systems; ExponentHR preferred
Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM‑CP, PHR) or relevant training credentials.
