We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Service Electrician Technician to join our team. As a Lead Service Electrician Technician, you will be responsible for providing top-notch electrical services to our residential clients, ensuring their homes are safe, functional, and efficient.

Hourly rate: $27-$35 plus 2.5% commissions and benefits!

Lead Electrician Key Responsibilities: Perform advanced electrical troubleshooting, diagnose complex issues, and implement effective solutions. Conduct inspections and assess electrical systems to identify potential hazards, recommend repairs or upgrades, and ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards. Collaborate with homeowners to understand their electrical needs, provide expert advice, and offer solutions to improve energy efficiency and safety. Manage and prioritize service calls, assign tasks to team members, and ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality work standards. Mentor and train junior technicians, sharing industry best practices, and providing guidance on technical skills and customer service. Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including service reports, equipment status, and parts used. Stay updated on the latest electrical technologies, industry advancements, and code regulations to enhance technical knowledge and skills. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and promote a culture of safety among team members.

Lead Electrician Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Valid Electrician's license or certification. Significant experience as a Residential Service Electrician Technician or similar role. Proven expertise in diagnosing and troubleshooting complex electrical issues. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and wiring methods. Familiarity with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
