Commonwealth of Massachusetts is seeking a qualified Adult Case Manager in Worcester. The role focuses on assessment, outreach, service coordination, and person-centered advocacy in line with recovery principles. Position is full-time, 40 hours weekly, Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with weekends off. Travel to meet clients in various settings is required; a valid driver's license is preferred.
