The Purchasing Coordinator plays a key role in managing the procurement cycle to ensure timely and accurate purchasing operations. Reporting directly to the Purchasing Manager, this position involves collaborating with a cross-functional team to coordinate vendor relationships, monitor inventory levels, and verify invoices. Proficiency with ERP software, along with manual tracking and spreadsheets, is essential to effectively support procurement processes.
Responsibilities
- Process purchase orders accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and resolve issues
- Monitor inventory levels to support purchasing decisions
- Verify invoice accuracy and address discrepancies
- Track orders and update stakeholders on status
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
