Inside Sales Representative

The Internal Sales Representative will be working at our office in Las Vegas, being responsible for providing premier customer service to all current and potential customers from the point of initial contact through delivery of the product. It is also the responsibility of the Sales Representative to achieve sales and profit goals established by the management. Responsibilities and Duties As a minimum, the following is a basic description of typical duties and responsibilities expected of the Sales Representative. Promptly respond to Requests for Quote for current and potential customers. Prepare proposals, quotes, and sales contracts. Increase sales & provide support for current customer base as assigned. Coordinate workflow with company staff to achieve closing of sales quotes. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals set by Sales Manager. Proactively review open orders & advise customers of status changes. Manage account services through follow-up and quality checks. Develop and maintain existing product knowledge. Analyze sales data to assist in establishing specific account pricing. Contribute to a positive work environment based on teamwork and continuous improvement. Communicate effectively with other sales representatives, business development, management, and other co-workers. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and codes of business ethics. Required Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent. Three or more years of experience in sales, dealing with metals (Aluminum preferred). Proficient in Excel. Ability to recognize opportunities and act accordingly. Operate with high integrity, maintaining positive relations customers/suppliers Strong work ethic, self-motivated, & creative. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in business, sales, marketing, or related area. Three or more years of experience in sales and marketing.
