As the Occupational Therapist in Home Health, you will be responsible for assessment and evaluation of patient care needs related to functional status, activities of daily living, fine motor coordination, home assessments and adaptive equipment, and other occupational therapy needs as defined by medical conditions. Provides service within the scope of practice as defined by the state laws governing the practice of Occupational Therapy, in accordance with the plan of care, using evidence-based techniques, and in coordination with other members of the health care team Evaluates the patient's functional status, status of all body systems as required for CMS documentation, and occupational therapy needs. Current Occupational Therapy licensure in state of practice Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client Good communication, writing, and organizational skills 75,998 - $113,997 annual total cash target pay $43.85 - $65.77 hourly rate Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $43.85 to $65.77 per hour based on full-time employment.
