Travel Occupational Therapist - Lake City, FL Travel Occupational Therapist jobs in Lake City, FL offer a 13-week contract with 8-hour day shifts in a skilled nursing facility. You will evaluate patient needs, develop and implement therapy plans, and help residents regain independence in daily living activities. You will collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals, document progress, and educate patients and families on adaptive techniques. Recommended qualifications include graduation from an accredited occupational therapy program and an active Florida OT license. Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings is preferred.
