Job Description Domino's Pizza is hiring Assistant Managers. You will oversee all store operations, including cost control, inventory, cash management and customer relations, ensuring compliance with company standards. Responsibilities Perform all duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers. Manage a staff of 3–30 employees during scheduled shifts. Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile. Operate the cash register and process payments. Produce pizza accurately and consistently while following recipe and portion guidelines. Deliver product by vehicle in a safe and courteous manner. Maintain cleanliness throughout the store. Present a professional appearance in line with Domino's Grooming Standards. Control store costs, inventory, and cash. Build and motivate a positive work environment. Qualifications & Requirements Experience leading a team of 3–30 people. Clean driving record and valid driver’s license; access to reliable, insured vehicle. Strong leadership and motivational skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Minimum age 18 years. Strong customer service attitude and ability to communicate effectively. Benefits Weekly pay.
