Type: Part-Time, Full-Time Opportunity

Pay: $55–$65/hr

Ro Health is seeking an experienced and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as a Clinical Supervisor for our Massachusetts Behavioral Services division.

This leadership role extends beyond traditional BCBA delivery responsibilities and serves as a key clinical and operational resource for providers, clients, and internal teams. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for promoting high-quality, ethical ABA services across the branch through clinical guidance, mentorship, professional development, problem-solving support, and oversight of service delivery.

The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who enjoys supporting providers, strengthening clinical practices, and helping build a positive, accountable, and growth-oriented culture. They are passionate about professional development and committed to helping clinicians build confidence, expand their skills, and achieve long-term success in the field.

Clinical Supervisor Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical guidance, mentorship, and support to behavior staff across the branch, including RBTs, Behavior Technicians, and Paraprofessionals.
  • Offer consultation and problem-solving support regarding provider assignments, service delivery, and skill development.
  • Plan and execute monthly 5% RBT supervision requirements in accordance with BACB and state regulations.
  • Support clinical decision-making and reinforce evidence-based ABA practices.
  • Develop training programs and resources and lead internal career training and advancement pathways.
  • Partner with leadership teams to address staffing, client needs, provider performance, and service delivery challenges.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
  • Support district and client relationships through professional communication and clinical partnership.
  • Provide in-person support across school sites, including travel between locations as needed to ensure consistent supervision and service delivery.
  • Serve as a clinical leader and resource for providers navigating complex or evolving situations.
  • Actively contribute to the professional development of clinicians through coaching, feedback, and mentorship.

Opportunity to Combine Clinical Supervision with District Support

Clinical Supervisors may also have the opportunity to combine their clinical supervisor responsibilities with a district support role, providing direct BCBA support within a school district based on the district’s specific needs.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Conduct FBAs and develop individualized BIPs and behavior support plans aligned with student needs and IEP goals.
  • Monitor student progress through data collection and analysis, evaluate intervention effectiveness, and support fidelity of implementation.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and school teams to develop consistent, evidence-based behavioral strategies.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide clinical input on behavioral progress, goals, and interventions.
  • Provide staff consultation, training, and coaching to support effective implementation of behavior plans.
  • Provide direct student support in 1:1 or small-group settings as needed.
Requirements
  • Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
  • Active Massachusetts LBA/LABA licensure (if not current, must be willing to obtain).
  • 8-hour Supervision Training (if not current, must be willing to obtain).
  • Previous supervision, leadership, or mentoring experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles, behavior assessment, and evidence-based intervention practices.
  • Demonstrated passion for mentorship, professional development, and supporting the growth of fellow clinicians.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with providers, school personnel, and internal staff members.
  • Commitment to ethical practice and high-quality service delivery.
