Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse (RN)

• Conduct thorough assessments of residents' health status.

• Oversee Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to guarantee high-quality, person-centered care.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to enhance care delivery.
• Communicate effectively with residents' families regarding care and progress.
• Maintain precise documentation of care activities and resident conditions.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety regulations.

• Current RN licensure.
• Experience in geriatric nursing is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to providing compassionate care that supports residents' physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
