Review invoices that come through cofax (quality control & validation)

· These invoices are submitted electronically they must make that the invoices are correct. Sometime these invoices are sent to the region by mistake. Once verified then uploaded.

· High volume here could be a few thousand a week.

· May need to update supplier info also

Processing utility bills

· Only two utility providers (500 a month
