DUTIES ,BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Must be FRIENDLY, DETAIL ORIENTED, ORGANIZED, FAST LEARNER, GOOD AT MULTI TASKING
• Submitting Preauthorization to Insurance Companies, checking eligibility
• Answering telephone inquiries and direct calls
• Targets patient satisfaction
• Schedule appointments for patients , Confirm appointments
• Prepare patients charts
• Patient check-in check-outs
• Retrieving patient records
• Obtain, record and update patient's insurance and personal information
• Collect patients' co payments
• Interact with patients and other physician offices to assist with follow up appointments
• Protects patients' rights by maintaining patient confidentiality of personal and financial information
• Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing assigned tasked as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
