Retail Sales Assistant

We are a Wine & Spirits specialty store in Manhattan seeking a self-motivated, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join our team. If you take pride in great service and have a passion for wine and spirits — or simply a willingness to learn — we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers with product selections and recommendations. Verify customer age and enforce responsible alcohol sales practices. Receive, verify, and organize incoming inventory shipments. Stock shelves and maintain a clean, organized store environment. Operate the POS system and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately. Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older. Ability to stand and remain active throughout the full shift. Ability to lift 40+ lbs. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Experience No prior experience required. Previous experience in wine, spirits, or retail sales is a plus.
