Role Description The Certified Personal Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in New Orleans, LA. This role is responsible for designing and delivering safe, effective, and engaging individual and small-group fitness programs tailored to diverse client needs and goals. Day-to-day tasks include conducting fitness assessments, demonstrating proper exercise techniques, monitoring client progress, and maintaining a clean, organized workout environment. The trainer will provide guidance on healthy lifestyle habits, collaborate with amenity and wellness staff to support programming, and ensure a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere for all members and guests. This position also involves scheduling sessions, documenting client activity, and promoting available services within the facility. Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in Personal Training and Fitness Instruction, with the ability to design individualized programs. Skill in Circuit Training and Sports Coaching to support varied training styles and group activities. Knowledge of basic Nutrition principles to provide general guidance that complements fitness plans. Current certification as a Personal Trainer from a recognized organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA) and current CPR/AED certification. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to inclusive, client-centered service. Ability to safely demonstrate exercises, manage multiple clients, and uphold facility cleanliness and safety standards. Experience in commercial fitness, hospitality, or amenity management environments is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant college coursework or degree in exercise science, kinesiology, or related field is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
