Product Trainer

Responsibilities Conduct in‑dealership training sessions that meet established performance standards. Train sales consultants on vehicle features, technology, trim differences, trailering, light‑duty truck fundamentals, and infotainment systems. Facilitate both small group sessions and large meetings with energy, clarity, and credibility. Provide hands‑on coaching to help sales teams present product benefits, demonstrate features, and build customer confidence. Develop and maintain a training schedule that aligns with dealership needs and regional priorities. Facilitate launch events and introduce new product features and technologies. Requirements 3–5 years of automotive retail or automotive‑related experience. Strong understanding of vehicle technology, light truck fundamentals, trailering, and infotainment systems. Outstanding communication, facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills. Proficiency with PowerPoint and general computer literacy.
