What You'll Do

As an Inside Account Executive , you'll begin by learning the mortgage business from the ground up and developing the skills needed to become a successful Account Executive.

You'll:

• Learn mortgage terminology, products, guidelines, pricing, and sales strategy
• Participate in 10 days of paid training
• Work alongside experienced Account Executives and mentors
• Build relationships with mortgage brokers and lending professionals
• Introduce brokers to theLender's loan products and programs
• Learn how to identify opportunities and match borrowers with appropriate loan solutions
• Develop and manage your sales pipeline
• Track broker interactions, opportunities, and performance
• Learn the mortgage process from application through underwriting, closing, and funding
• Work toward daily activity and performance goals
• Receive ongoing coaching designed to help you improve your sales skills
• Build your book of business and professional network
• Grow into a full Account Executive role with significantly greater earning potential

This isn't a call-center job where you're expected to read a script all day.

You're learning how to build a book of business, develop professional relationships, and become a mortgage sales professional.

Experience

Mortgage experience is NOT required.

Sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, recruiting, call-center, or other customer-facing experience is helpful—but we're willing to train the right person.
