theLender is hiring Inside Sales Representatives to join our growing mortgage sales team in Lake Forest.

No mortgage experience? That's okay.

We aren't looking for someone who already knows everything about mortgages. We're looking for someone with the personality, work ethic, and determination to learn.

We'll teach you the mortgage business. You'll learn how to sell. And you'll have the opportunity to build your career into a high-earning Account Executive role.

You'll start with 10 days of paid training , followed by hands-on coaching and mentoring from experienced members of our sales team.

As you develop your skills and build relationships with mortgage brokers, you'll work toward becoming a full Account Executive .

What You'll Actually Be Doing

Forget sitting quietly behind a desk all day.

You'll be talking to people, building relationships, learning the business, and competing to hit your goals.

Your day may include:

• Making outbound calls to mortgage brokers
• Handling inbound calls and inquiries
• Introducing brokers to theLender's mortgage products and programs
• Building and maintaining professional relationships
• Following up with prospective and existing broker partners
• Identifying new business opportunities
• Managing your sales pipeline
• Tracking activity and performance
• Learning mortgage guidelines, pricing, and loan programs
• Working with internal teams throughout the loan process
• Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals
• Learning from experienced sales professionals
• Working toward promotion into a full Account Executive position

This is a relationship-driven sales role—not a “read a script and hope for the best” job.
