24/7 Federal Call Center Specialist
Peraton
Peraton is seeking a professional, customer-focused Call Center Representative to support our Federal Customer onsite at Fort Huachuca, AZ. You will be the primary contact for inquiries, focusing on order processing, resolution, and information sharing.
This non-technical role handles calls, chats, emails, and ticket escalations, creates and routes incidents, and maintains clear communication with military and civilian customers.
