The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of complex employment litigation matters and will play a key role in the growth and development of our firm. Representing clients in court and before administrative agencies. Conducting legal research and drafting legal memoranda. Negotiating settlements and agreements on behalf of clients. Advising clients on employment law issues and providing preventive counseling. Participating in business development activities to attract new clients and expand the firm’s employment litigation practice. Qualifications Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the Maryland State Bar and in good standing. A minimum of 5 years of experience in employment litigation, with a proven track record of success. Exceptional legal research and writing skills. Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills. Strong client management skills, with an ability to develop and maintain client relationships. Proven ability to develop new business and expand the firm’s client base. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High ethical standards and professional integrity.
