• 1:1 Patient Care with each visit lasting 45-60 minutes.
• See 1 patient per hour, no double-booking or dovetailing

• $104,000 to $156,000 - pay based on years of experience
• Clinical Ladder with 3-Tiers, each tier offering a 3% increase in compensation

Physical Therapist Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Physical Therapy required
• An active California PT license or the ability to obtain one
• Experience working with an Orthopedic / Sports Med caseload preferred
• Desire to treat patients 1:1, spending an hour with each patient
