Overview A company built to serve you—Shelter Insurance. We are looking for an entrepreneurial individual to become a Shelter Insurance Agent in Knoxville, TN. The role requires a motivated attitude, an entrepreneurial spirit, and strong communication skills in a sales environment. Responsibilities Develop prospects and generate new business opportunities. Sell Shelter Insurance products to clients. Meet required sales quotas and core business proficiencies. Potentially recruit and manage staff to support administrative and sales activities. Maintain client relationships and follow up on business opportunities. Qualifications Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to control own income. Effective communication skills in sales. Previous sales experience or a degree with general business coursework is helpful but not required. Ability to commit to training and ongoing education provided by Shelter.
