Emerging Companies & Venture Capital Associate Attorney - Midlevel

Perkins Coie LLP is a leading international law firm, regularly recognized for its collaborative and inclusive culture. The firm is seeking a mid‑level associate to join its rapidly growing Emerging Companies & Venture Capital group in the New York office. This practice represents innovative companies and their founders, as well as the funds that invest in them, throughout the lifecycle of business formation, financing transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. Responsibilities Collaborate with experienced practitioners on sophisticated matters at the national level, advising clients ranging from newly‑formed startups to multi‑billion dollar technology leaders. Represent both companies and their investors across the full spectrum of transactional and advisory work. Qualifications Minimum four years of relevant experience at a comparable law firm. Stellar academic credentials and references. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in math and Excel. Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with counsel, clients, and third‑party professionals. NY State bar admission required.
