Operational Technology Systems Engineer

Becton Dickinson seeks an Operational Technology Systems Engineer to manage electronic device reporting systems, network infrastructure, and manufacturing IT/OT environments across multiple Georgia sites. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, overseeing system upgrades, and ensuring compliance with corporate security and cybersecurity standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain Electronic Device History Reporting system integration with manufacturing equipment
• Manage physical network infrastructure including IDF and MDF room operations
• Troubleshoot and resolve computer, printer, phone, and network issues for local teams
• Respond to priority incidents and restore critical operational technology systems
• Oversee installation and support of OT and Business Applications across multiple sites

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and professional experience
• Knowledge of manufacturing IT/OT systems including PLCs and HMIs
• Windows environment administration and support experience
• Understanding of OT cybersecurity standards and compliance requirements
• Network infrastructure management and troubleshooting capabilities
• Experience with MES systems and electronic device history reporting

Compensation: $95,900-$153,400 USD annually plus incentives
