Our technology converts complex medical documentation into clean, structured clinical summaries and medical timelines, integrating them directly into patient charts inside their EMR—helping physicians and staff work faster, schedule sooner, and deliver better care. Built alongside practicing physicians, docology is rapidly becoming an essential operational layer for specialty practices. Our team moves quickly, collaborates deeply, and values ownership, curiosity, and clarity. Role Overview The Account Executive is a senior, execution-focused role responsible for leading onboarding, workflow transformation, and long-term account success across docology's partner practices. Today that means urology, oncology and OB/GYN practices. This role sits at the intersection of practice operations, change management, and product execution. You will own the post-sale relationship and guide practices from contract close through go-live and sustained success. This role is built for someone with deep clinical or operational experience inside a specialty practice—a former administrator, operations executive, practice manager, or an Advanced Practice Provider looking to step out of the clinical setting while continuing to make an impact in healthcare. Key Responsibilities Practice Onboarding & Change Management Serve as the primary owner of the onboarding experience for partner practices after handoff from sales. Lead workflow analysis meetings with physicians, administrators, and staff to understand current-state operations. Develop and present post-analysis workflow recommendations that prepare practices for a successful docology go-live. Guide practices through change management, addressing resistance, aligning stakeholders, and setting clear expectations. Account Ownership & Relationship Management Act as the key relationship manager for partner practices throughout their lifecycle with docology. Build trusted relationships with physicians, administrators, and operational leaders. Ensure adoption, engagement, and long-term value realization across accounts. Cross-Functional Execution Partner with Clinical Success, Product, and Technology teams to communicate practice-specific needs and constraints. Translate operational and clinical realities into actionable product feedback for engineering and product. Coordinate timelines, configurations, and readiness for go-live across internal and customer teams. Own and manage the onboarding calendar, sequencing practices efficiently and proactively. On-Site Leadership & Travel Travel on-site for practice go-lives, workflow validation, and high-impact meetings. Attend key industry conferences and internal strategy sessions in Omaha. Serve as a visible, trusted docology presence within partner practices. What Success Looks Like Practices feel prepared, confident, and supported at go-live. Physicians and staff adopt docology with minimal disruption. Workflow changes translate into measurable efficiency gains and reduced administrative burden. Accounts remain engaged, satisfied, and strong long-term partners. Experience & Requirements Deep clinical or operational experience inside a specialty medical practice—as an administrator, operations executive, practice manager, or Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) ready to transition out of direct patient care. First‑hand understanding of physician workflows, staff dynamics, practice economics, and the realities of administrative burden in a clinical setting. Proven ability to drive operational efficiency and improvement in a medical practice environment. Exceptional communication and presentation skills with both clinical and non‑clinical stakeholders. Strong project management and organizational skills. Comfortable leading change in complex, real‑world healthcare settings. Self‑starter who takes direction and then takes action—paired with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Willingness to travel ~30–40% as needed.
