Senior Quality Engineer

Location: Austin, Texas | Type: Full-Time | On-Site A leading aerospace and technology company is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to drive quality excellence across advanced products and manufacturing operations. What You\'ll Do Maintain and improve Quality Management Systems (QMS). Lead root cause investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives. Manage supplier quality performance, audits, and issue resolution. Develop quality metrics, KPIs, and training programs. Support AS9100/ISO9001 compliance and audits. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field. 8+ years of Quality Engineering experience in manufacturing. Strong knowledge of AS9100 and/or ISO9001. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Aerospace, defense, electronics, satellite, or high-tech industry experience. Lean Six Sigma certification and supplier quality experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
