Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Active OT license in the state of California
• Previous experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred

• Ability to adapt to various educational settings and work as part of a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ abilities and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Deliver targeted interventions focused on improving fine motor, sensory, and adaptive skills
• Consult with educators, families, and other specialists to tailor support to each child’s needs
• Document progress and maintain compliance with all school and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and collaborative planning sessions
