Retail Field, POS & or Network Technicians

Job Title: Flexible - Retail Field, POS & or Network Technicians Reports to: Territory Manager FLSA Status (exempt/non-exempt): Non-Exempt Updated Date: 01/10/2026 Flexible Retail Field, POS & or Network technicians encouraged to apply - handle implementing, maintaining, upgrading, and or repairing networks/ networked devices such as access point, router, switches, pos systems, printers, and modems. Set up and troubleshoot connections in many different environments and connect them with physical cables or wireless frequencies, creating adequate signal strength throughout a location for a client's use. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Current Driver’s License, insurance, and a vehicle. Previous IT, POS, FIELD or related technical technician experience is required. Technically inclined – experience with cabling runs/management/testing/terminating, network provisioning. Excellent communication skills via phone, text, and email. Frequent use of hand tools. Travel is required in various markets. Lifting 60 pounds or more. Able to climb up and down ladders. Testing networks Wi-Fi signals, heat mapping. Installing, troubleshooting access points, routers, switches. Competency Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills. Superior knowledge of various networking technologies. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Required Education and Experience Over the age of 18. Certifications are a plus but not required. All training is provided.
