SaaS Administrator

We are looking for an IT Systems Support specialist to support a Financial Services environment in San Francisco, California. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone with strong hands-on experience managing Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 administration in a user-focused desktop support setting. The role will provide technical support for approximately 300 end users while helping maintain a reliable, secure, and efficient workplace technology environment.Responsibilities:• Administer and optimize Microsoft Intune to support device configuration, policy management, application deployment, and ongoing endpoint operations.• Lead end-to-end rollout activities for Intune initiatives, including planning, deployment execution, validation, and post-implementation support.• Manage core Microsoft 365 administration tasks across services such as Office 365, Azure-related tools, and Active Directory-connected environments.• Deliver desktop and end-user support for a population of roughly 300 employees, resolving hardware, software, and access-related issues in a timely manner.• Troubleshoot Windows-based systems and maintain stable workstation performance across the user environment.• Support remote users while also providing onsite assistance one day each week in the San Francisco, California office.• Document technical procedures, configurations, and support activities to promote consistency and efficient issue resolution.• Collaborate with internal teams to address escalated technical problems and improve overall end-user computing services.
