Mitigation Project ManagerWylander Solutions, a recruiting company specializing in the disaster restoration industry, is hiring a Mitigation Project Manager for a full-service cleaning and restoration company built on the principles of service. They are seeking someone with high energy and excellent problem-solving skills. The Mitigation Project Manager is responsible for the oversight and management of the project cycle for the mitigation department. This role will provide direction and coordination of all field activities related to the technicians, trade partners, estimating the loss utilizing Xactimate software and managing the lifecycle of the job.Compensation and Benefits:Base pay: $55,000 plus (DOE)Employee is eligible for company bonus planVehicle allowanceFull electronics packagePTO & Paid HolidaysSimple IRAResponsibilities:Ability to manage and build high performing teamsReview job profitability and analyze financial reports pertaining to the mitigation departmentUse Xactimate software to estimate residential and commercial water, fire, and mold mitigation projects, selling services to the customerCommunicate and negotiate with insurance professionalsAbility to estimate and manage mitigation projectsRespond to property damage emergency callsAbility to communicate with a variety of customersComplete any necessary paperwork to record all job notes and utilize moisture mapping softwarePlan, organize and manage crews and subcontractorsParticipate in design, process and permit submittalEstablish and maintain client relationshipsAttend all appropriate company meetingsAdditional duties required as neededRequirements:3+ years related water mitigation experience, including supervisory experienceXactimate experience preferred but willing to trainIICRC, WRT/ASD and MRT are preferredPossess exceptional organizational and planning skills (detail-oriented person)Ability to recognize and solve problems independentlyStrong communication and negotiation skillsSelf-motivated, responsible, and accountableKeywords: mitigation, management, Xactimate
