Job Title and Location Litigation Paralegal – West Palm Beach Office Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person Job Description The Wicker Smith West Palm Beach office is seeking a litigation paralegal with 2‑3 years of litigation experience. The candidate will work in a team‑driven environment, performing legal research, drafting documents, managing case files, and supporting attorneys in trial preparation. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and writing skills, the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced setting, and independent work. Responsibilities Assist attorneys with litigation tasks such as drafting pleadings, discovery requests, and motions Maintain case files and document management in ProLaw case management software Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries and briefing packages Coordinate with opposing counsel, experts, and witnesses for deposition schedules Support trial preparation through exhibit organization, trial binders, and court filings Manage deadlines and prioritize multiple concurrent matters Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience Paralegal certification preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) Experience with ProLaw case‑management software a plus Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute Excellent organizational, communication, and writing skills Ability to work independently and in a fast‑paced environment Physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs Benefits Medical insurance Vision insurance Dental insurance 401(k) plan Disability insurance Wicker Smith is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
