Paralegal for First Party Property Insurance Defense

Job Description We are a small, well-established law firm based in West Palm Beach, Florida, seeking a full-time Litigation Paralegal with a minimum of 2 years of civil litigation experience, preferably within a defense firm handling first-party property matters. This position offers a dynamic work environment and the opportunity to play a key role in all phases of litigation. Key Responsibilities Manage litigation case files from inception through trial Conduct public records review and investigations Draft, prepare, and file legal documents and pleadings Handle party and non-party discovery production Summarize records and documents Assist with mediation, depositions, and trial preparation Maintain organized case files and meet billable hour requirements Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 2 years of paralegal experience in civil litigation (first-party property preferred) Strong ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional interaction with attorneys, court personnel, clients, and staff Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Adobe Strong document drafting and typing skills Schedule & Compensation Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Hybrid work options available Compensation commensurate with experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
