Job Summary Courier Material Handler at UPS, Miami, FL. Part‑time, 20 hours per week, Monday‑Friday from 6:00 am to 10:00 am. Compensation: $17.00 per hour. Responsibilities Load and unload shipments for delivery. Knowledge of and abide by all safety, security, and operating procedures for pickup and delivery of customer packages and operating motor vehicles, including remaining in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws. Scan information on airbills and manifests. Receive and process incoming goods. Pick and fill orders from stock. Pack and ship orders, and/or manage, organize, and retrieve stock in the warehouse. Consolidate partial pallets, shrink wrap, and move completed pallets to shipping labels. Follow established policies and procedures aimed at keeping the goods in excellent condition. Maintain safety standards. Complete paperwork promptly. Assist with inventory and cycle count, monthly count and daily reconciliations. Cross‑train, as needed, to learn other warehouse functions. Perform housekeeping tasks of the warehouse and other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications & Requirements Applicants must complete TSA testing. Position requires the ability to communicate (write and speak) in English and to provide general direction to others. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age. Applicants must possess a valid driver’s license. Applicants must have a clean and verifiable driving history and be able to maintain MNX’s Driver Safety Standards. Applicants must be able to lift in excess of 70 lbs. Applicants must pass a credit check, a 10‑documented background check, and a criminal history check. Applicants with prior voice‑pick experience are highly preferred. Applicants may be required to hold a certificate for safe driving and operating material‑handling equipment, such as forklifts, cherry pickers, and electric pallet jacks. Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer. Employee type: Permanent.
