3×12-hour night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM with rotating weekends and holidays.

Job Description

We are seeking experienced, compassionate Registered Nurses to join our Emergency Department and Med/Surg teams. As a Critical Access Hospital, we offer a supportive environment where nurses are valued and empowered. Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the Emergency Department or Med/Surg.
• Triage and prioritize patients based on clinical and psychological needs.
• Perform assessments and reassessments as conditions change.
• Administer medications and manage IVs and central lines.
• Monitor and interpret labs, diagnostics, and clinical indicators.
• Communicate clearly with providers and interdisciplinary team members.
• Document care accurately and in compliance with standards.
• Educate and support patients and families.
• Serve as charge nurse when assigned, supervising LPNs and Nursing Assistants.
• Promote safety, teamwork, and quality patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Illinois RN license (or eligibility).
• BLS required; ACLS preferred (or willing to obtain within 6 months).
• Emergency Department or Med/Surg experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, community-focused care.
