Role Summary As a Senior Consultant, your mission shifts toward management enablement, commercial awareness, and team leadership. You ensure the overall engagement succeeds and is well-regarded, taking accountability not just for your own work, but for the deliverables of the entire team. What You'll Do Establish quality frameworks and engineering standards across projects. Manage key client relationships and mitigate delivery risks. Provide technical leadership and design scalable data solutions. Lead learning sessions and share technical expertise across teams. Lead project engagements, delegate tasks, and mentor team members. Identify business growth opportunities and expand existing client accounts. Champion the Vivanti brand and help shape new market offerings. What We're Looking For We are seeking proactive problem-solvers with strong critical thinking skills and a passion for data engineering. Whether you have prior technical experience or a strong foundational analytical background, we value curiosity, adaptability, and a drive to learn. Proactive mindset with the drive to take ownership of data engineering deliverables independently. Commitment to technical enablement, skill sharing, and achieving relevant cloud/data certifications such as SnowPro Core, Google Cloud Digital Leader, MS Azure Fundamentals, and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner. Ability to build holistic business domain knowledge and communicate technical solutions to peers and clients. Strong personal brand awareness and an interest in supporting Vivanti's commercial enablement and team success. Demonstrated proficiency in SQL, Python, AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, GIt, CI/CD, ML/AI, Spark, Airflow, ETL/ELT 6-8 years of hands-on experience in data engineering.
