Accounting Assistant

El Accounting Assistant es responsable de colaborar con las distintas funciones del Departamento de Contabilidad tales como la facturación a nuestros clientes, las cuentas por pagar, el registro de entradas contables, así como de asistir al Gerente de Contabilidad en tareas relacionadas a la contabilidad de la empresa. Responsabilidades Asistir en el proceso de facturación de servicios de renta y venta de productos. Recibir, verificar y registrar facturas de suplidores. Preparar pagos y cheques a proveedores según los términos acordados. Reconciliar estados de cuenta con proveedores. Mantener los archivos de contabilidad organizados. Reconciliar cuentas bancarias y tarjetas de crédito. Registrar transacciones contables en el sistema (QuickBooks). Asistir en la preparación de los estados financieros. Preparar reportes solicitados por el Gerente de Contabilidad. Apoyar en las auditorías externas preparando la información requerida. Apoyar en la preparación de declaraciones solicitadas por el Departamento de Hacienda. Atender llamadas o correos electrónicos de clientes internos o externos relacionados al área de contabilidad. Requisitos Bilingüe (español e inglés) Experiencia mínima 1 año Grado asociado o BA en contabilidad Conocimiento y razonamiento matemático Conocimiento de Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Comunicación clara y profesional, tanto verbalmente como en correspondencia escrita Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas simultáneamente Organización y orientación al detalle Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y con diferentes departamentos.
