Spring Creek is opening a Medicaid Specialist position to support our current Business Office Manager. Join our team as a Medicaid Specialist today! Requirements of the Medicaid Specialist:

• Must have 5+ years of SNF experience in PA Medicaid
• Preferred experience with Point Click Care.
• How to submit for levels of care
• Process Medicaid renewals
• Prior experience submitting MA applications and working with the county office
• Gather needed documents to facilitate MA approvals
• Subpoena processing
• Must successfully complete a post offer, pre-employment criminal background check and physical / drug screen.
