Join our Biloxi, MS team as a Recruiter , where you’ll play an integral role in recruiting, onboarding, and supporting the professional drivers who keep our transportation network moving. This position is key to driving growth, engagement, and long-term driver success.

• Create and implement effective strategies to attract qualified driver candidates
• Meet hiring and onboarding targets through proactive outreach efforts
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, and community involvement
• Represent driving opportunities at local events and recruiting initiatives

• Act as the primary point of contact throughout the hiring journey
• Facilitate onboarding sessions and orientation for Independent Contractors (ICs)
• Guide candidates from application through onboarding and vehicle readiness
• Ensure a welcoming, efficient, and positive onboarding experience

• Develop strong relationships with active drivers
• Provide ongoing support to improve driver satisfaction and retention
• Address driver concerns and connect them with the right resources
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance engagement and retention strategies

• Maintain accurate records of recruiting, onboarding, and retention activities
• Track hiring performance, onboarding progress, and retention metrics
• Share insights and updates with leadership teams
• Assist with additional workforce and operational initiatives as needed

• Background in recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or a related field preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly organized, self-driven, and results-focused
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented approach
• Passion for helping individuals succeed and grow long term
