DESCRIPTION **Hotel will provide a $1.00 per hour weekend bonus for work on Friday, Saturday, and Sundays through August.** This position requires weekend (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) and holiday availability. Description Homewood Suites by Hilton Minneapolis Mall of America in Bloomington, MN, is looking to add a Room Attendant / Housekeeper to be responsible for the overall cleanliness of the hotel, ensuring guest satisfaction, and meeting product quality standards.
Job Qualifications: - Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary
- Ability to work well in stressful situations
- Readily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest service
