Renewyx have partnered with a growing commercial general contractor that is expanding its ground‑up build program into car wash and retail-service construction across the Mountain West, to bring on a Commercial Superintendent based in Missoula, MT. The role The Superintendent will hold day‑to‑day responsibility for site operations on a ground‑up commercial project, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining the project schedule, and ensuring safety and quality standards are upheld from mobilization through closeout. Qualifications and expectations Demonstrated experience as a Superintendent or equivalent site lead on ground‑up commercial construction Strong subcontractor coordination and scheduling capability A disciplined approach to jobsite safety and quality control Experience with car wash, retail, or QSR construction Familiarity with Procore or similar project management software The opportunity to grow with a contractor scaling its build program across the region Candidates do not need to meet every requirement listed.
