The Paralegal will support legal operations with a focus on workers' compensation cases, bringing expertise in document preparation and strong attention to detail. This role requires effective communication, research skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize legal documents related to workers' compensation cases
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all documentation
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in workers' compensation
- Strong communication and research skills
- Self-starter and able to work independently
- Team player mentality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in paralegal studies or related field
- 3+ years specifically in workers' compensation law
