Job Description
- Diseñar e implementar estrategias de calidad alineadas con las regulaciones del sector de Medical Devices.
- Supervisar y garantizar el cumplimiento de normativas nacionales e internacionales en los procesos de fabricación.
- Gestionar auditorías internas y externas para asegurar la certificación de calidad.
- Liderar equipos multidisciplinarios en la resolución de problemas relacionados con la calidad.
- Implementar procesos de mejora continua en el departamento de Ingeniería y Manufactura.
- Desarrollar e impartir programas de capacitación en temas de calidad y regulaciones.
- Colaborar con otras áreas para garantizar la alineación de objetivos y estándares de calidad.
- Generar reportes y análisis para la alta dirección sobre indicadores clave de desempeño en calidad.
The Successful Applicant
El/la candidato/a seleccionado deberá cumplir los siguientes requisitos:
- Formación profesional en Ingeniería, Ciencias de la Vida o áreas relacionadas.
- Conocimiento avanzado de normativas aplicables al sector de Life Science.
- Experiencia de más de 10 años en roles de liderazgo dentro del área de calidad, manufactura de dispositivos médicos.
- Habilidades probadas en la gestión de auditorías y certificaciones.
- Capacidad para liderar equipos multidisciplinarios y gestionar proyectos complejos.
- Inglés avanzado, tanto escrito como hablado.
